Admin operations team members immediate start

We are a small but busy and exciting web based transport company in West London.
We are looking for a new team members to liaise between our client's and affiliates.
Ideally you will have perfect English, very good admin skills and be very bright and bubbly.
The ability to think on your feet and outside the box is essential. Our clients can sometimes be demanding and we often have to negotiate hard with our suppliers.
Good computer skills a must (Word, Outlook, Excel) etc. An excellent telephone manor is also essential.
Daily duties will include – Handling new bookings, planning, negotiating prices with suppliers and clients, event management, taking payments, paying suppliers etc.
A large part of the job will involve building a relationship with regular clients and affiliates as off site visits where needed.
Salary GBP15k
