We specialise in supporting the technical needs of small to medium-sized companies that are predominantly Apple Mac based. pebble.it is looking for enthusiastic, reliable and friendly Apple Mac Support Specialists to join the team. pebble values At pebble.it, we pride ourselves on being able to talk plainly and honestly with our clients, turn up when we say we will and above all exceed expectations. The mainstay of our work comes from word of mouth and that is because we live up to our values. the role The majority of work will be on-site with clients, consulting, troubleshooting, maintaining and overall, adding value. You will be expected to have good phone manner to deal with client requests when not on-site and to keep up to date with what is happening in the industry. We also put a large emphasis on the ingenuity and resourcefulness of our support specialists. A pebble.it employee will gain experience in areas such as: - Network infrastructure - Solution analysis - Project management - Client management the qualifications Preferably you would already have some Apple certifications - we will however consider Mac enthusiasts keen to learn - certification being top of the agenda for successful candidates. the deal We would expect a certain amount of flexible working, but generally hours are between 9am - 6pm. You may occasionally be asked to work weekends, but not expected to do so.
