| As a result of ongoing company expansion, a well established, market leading Facades supplier company is looking for an Architectural Technician to join its busy offices in SW London. Your day will include working on current and future award winning projects across the UK and internationally where you will spend most of your time taking luxury residential, mixed-use and hospitality projects among others, from concept design through to detailed design. Ideal candidate should have: - Strong proficiency with AutoCAD - Prior architectural/construction experience - Great communication skills - Good understanding of the UK building regulations - Ideally be available to Interview and start work ASAP Key Rewards include: - Strong brand name which will travel well on your CV - Extensive work load with a variety of projects on offer - Secure and long term ongoing workload - Great hands on UK experience - Friendly working environment with backup and support - Immediate start contract work AutoCAD proficiency is essential as is solid design experience in the building envelope industry, ideally gained within the specialist area of cladding.
