| Management Accountant - Responsible for the provision of management accounting information advice and control to ensure and maintain the robust financial controls for 130 Cost Centres. Working closely with the Financial Controller for the Maidstone site you will have exposure at a high level early in your career. You will be actively involved with .. * month end reporting, * balance sheet reconciliations, * stock reconciliation and project costing * budgeting and forecasting processes. * year end statutory accounts, taxation pack completion * management of stock takes. Ideally you will be a graduate calibre, part or newly qualified accountant. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate well-developed interpersonal skills and be pragmatic in their approach to challenge and influence existing ideas and concepts. Previous experience in the manufacturing sector, in particular with inventory control, will be essential. This is a position that will require the ability to work autonomously and to interact professionally with finance, production and various external customers. With reference to this, the ideal person will be a self starter, able to demonstrate first class communication skills and with the ability to prioritise their work.
