| Building Services Design Manager up to 45,000 Bristol A vacancy has arisen for a Building Services Design Manager to come and join one of the most experienced specialists Mechanical and Electrical Building services Contractors in the UK. As a Building Services Design Manager you will be working in liaison with the Regional Bid Manager & work winning team you will be responsible for managing the Design activities from concept information including co-ordination of pretender and estimating activities & cost planning - where they relate to design input. Responsible for accurately identifying client's requirements and preparing design programmes including resource requirements. Manage internal and external design/cad resource in the timely production of tender design information. Ensure design costs are adequately controlled. Prepare design method statements and be responsible for planning and co-ordination of design work to meet cost plan and programme considerations, ensuring that all designs comply with the Company Quality Assurance, Technical, client and commissioning standards. I n addition you need to be a good communicator, team player and an effective leader and have a good understanding of contractual requirements. <a>Cerebra Recruitment.
