Call centre IT Support Officer-
Based in South East London
Paying between GBP14 - GBP16 p/h
Duration 6 months contract
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT support officer to work in a telephone based environment. IMMEDIATE START!
The core skill required for this role are as follows:-
* Excellent knowledge and understanding of Information Systems and Technology and their application in solving business problems, particularly in customer services environment
* Experience of designing and implementing ACD routing strategies
* Experience of using the ACD software to implement skill bases routing, routing changes and message recording
* Call recording equipment
* Siemens ProCenter products
* CRM implementation experience
* Track record of developing effective partnerships.
* Experience of implementing and embedding service improvement and change management.
* Successful track record of delivering customer focused services in a multi-cultural environment.
* Excellent I.T skills ( Microsoft office, ACD. Server monitoring web based applications)
* Experience of telephony network management and day to day telephony fault fixing
Successful candidates will have to work to tight deadlines, to plan manage and monitor projects and programs of work. You will have to be able to understand the business application of new technologies in order to develop and maintain management information/monitoring systems. You will also have the ability to operate effectively within a dynamic environment and to acquire new skills and knowledge and with a commitment to learning.
