| Civil Sub Agent - London and South East Salary and Location £30,000 - £35,000 + car or car allowance + Benefits. Based London and South East. Role Description The Civil Sub Agent will be working on various heavy civil projects including: - Earthworks - Structures maintenance - Bridge demolitions - Embankment stabilisation - Reinforced concrete/retaining walls The Civil Sub Agent will be involved in the management of projects ranging from £100,000 - £2m and will report in to the Site Agent. The Civil Sub Agent will be responsible for the management of sub contractors, materials orders, maintaining health and safety standards and the preparation of method statements, potentially over multiple sites. Required Experience HNC or HND in Civil Engineering is preferable with heavy civils experience in the rail industry being favourable. Experience in any sector of construction will be considered, but experience in the preparation of method statements is essential. The Civil Sub Agent will have experience of managing the engineering workforce and be able to communicate with all levels.
