| Title: Collections ? Customer Advisor Location: North Acton, North West London Salary: OTE £22,000+ excellent benefits FTSE 150 listed leading telecommunications company based in North Acton requires several Customer Collections Advisors. The roles ensure that the company debt risk is kept to a minimum by proactively outbound calling customers to recover outstanding accounts whilst using customer relationship management skills to ensure customer retention is maintained and improved. You will work as part of a team in a target and performance driven environment to ensure that the customer experience is top class by delivering the finest customer service. These roles require dynamic persons who are committed to delivering excellent customer services whilst ensuring the Company's collection process is maintained. Duties will include making outbound calls to customers, ensuring collection targets are met whilst maintaining high quality standards, resolving customer queries by phone, fax or letter, updating customer records accurately, increasing direct debit penetration, managing customer and collections agencies relationships and actively working to retain customers. A minimum 1 years experience in a similar environment and with a minimum 5 GCSE's A-C.
