| Commercial Conveyancing Paralegal - Industrial Property Experience Essential Well Established firm!! Excellent CBD location close to Wynyard Martin Place and Circular Quay Up to $60 K pkg based on experience Modern working environment!! This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Conveyancing Paralegal with previous Industrial Property experience to join a well established firm in a fast paced and active role. You will be working within a small team running matters side by side with the Property solicitor and dealing primarily with Commercial Conveyancing. You will be responsible for the following: *buying and selling properties in particular Industrial Properties including factories warehouses and some shop fronts; *preparation of all documentation associated with sales; *liaising with all parties involved; *conducting all relevant searches when required; *attending courts to make enquiries; *attending settlements; *administration including some typing; and much much more. You will have at least 3-5 years previous Commercial Conveyancing experience with INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY conveyancing experience being essential. This role is very autonomous; you must be career driven and focused ready to step outside the parameters of the role and ready to run your files from start to finish. You will be dynamic motivated mature and adaptable to new practices. This is a firm of around fifty staff and is located in offices close to Wynyard Martin Place and Circular Quay.
