Communication Consultant


A challenging and progressive role now exists within this leader of employee benefits, actuarial and human resources consultancy. With offices across the UK and internationally, they work with blue chip companies, providing client-focused solutions to employee benefit and total reward requirements

Their London/City office is now seeking a Communication Consultant with a high level of expertise in occupational pension and reward issues.

As the successful candidate you will have strong people and project management skills, be highly organised and motivated with an eye for detail and the desire to deliver solutions of exceptional quality. You will be capable of being 70% chargeable across a range of clients through the delivery of high quality communication solutions.

With the ability to build and maintain first class relationships with some of the most demanding clients and organisations ? present and future, you will additionally be responsible managing and developing new and existing relationships as well as providing strategic and tactical communications advice to clients on pensions and reward.

Ideally educated to degree level, the role require someone who is articulate with excellent written, oral and presentation skills with the ability to demonstrate a proactive approach and an enthusiastic and confident manner.

Due to the nature of the role, it goes without saying that previous experience in primarily pensions, employee communication or general employee reward together with a broad knowledge of HR, total reward, benefits strategy is needed.

An excellent remuneration and benefits package is offered in return as well as ongoing development.

Salary:
£30000 - £35000 per annum + excellent benefits
