| Needing very little introduction, we are recruiting on behalf of a leading firm of Advisors who due to expansion and the recent acquisition of one of their competitors is now seeking an additional Consultant for their offices in Maidstone, Kent. Their client bank is diverse and includes multi-national corporations, small private companies and individual investors. This challenging and rewarding position includes elements of both private client and employee benefits advice (the client has an open mind on the mix of these disciplines). Whilst opportunities will arise from the long standing and valuable existing client bank, you as the successful candidate will need to be a self-starter capable of developing business on their own initiative. With a successful track record of experience gained within a financial advisory environment with proven success in the generation of profitable revenue from corporate and private clients and business introducers, it is essential that your are qualified to FPC and ideally have made some progression with the AFPC or equivalent including G60. As the successful candidate, the client is seeking someone who is results driven and self motivated who communicates confidently, assertively and credibly at a senior level. You will need the ability to build rapport quickly and at all levels and have the desire to contribute proactively to the growth and success of this organisation. This will be an important, exciting and high profile role with an opportunity to make a significant and immediate impact on the already successful team into the business from your own client bank and build from there.
