| Our Client, a leading international investment manager is seeking an International Corporate Actions Analyst to provide support to their European investment groups. In recognition of the continuous growth in corporate activity our Client is seeking to maintain an innovative edge by implementing change and development across the corporate actions team. Duties include collation and creation of corporate event information, resolution of any discrepancies and reconciliation issues and routine reporting and maintain internal controls. The successful candidate will have good working knowledge of corporate action processing from Event Creation to Entitlement Reconciliation. A solid understanding of corporate actions business processes within fund management. It is essential that applicants have a proven background within Corporate Actions in all major markets and instrument types. Our Client requires a team focused, corporate actions professional with strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
