| Client Our client is an Internet sports company based in South East London. The Position Our client is looking for an experienced credit controller to join their credit department. They will be dealing directly with clients chasing overdue payments or exceeded credit limits, opening new accounts, account maintenance and annual reviews. They will also be required to re-negotiate problem cases and report back fully all details to management as well as preparing files for lawyers and collection agents. The candidate The right candidate will have had a similar position for two or more years previously, must have excellent telephone, letter and e mail skills. They must be flexible and be able to work well under pressure. Be proactive and have a knowledge of credit issues, systems and procedures.
