| Data Controller - Data Integrity- Pricing £16-20 London To set up and maintain all standing data on investment systems in relation to securities, portfolios and counterparties. To ensure the consistency of data between systems through automatic and manual reconciliation. ?To manually process income change requests from reconciliations in an accurate and timely manner whilst adhering to strict business deadlines. ?The monitoring and maintenance of data interfacing between various systems. ?To complete the team statistical data (MIS) in an accurate and timely manner. ?To complete the pricing tasks within specified timeframes and signed off to the appropriate level. ?Ensure all securities held by the UK and Global OEIC funds are priced daily and the prices are validated within 1 hour of the snapshot. ?To ensure the accuracy and validity of the data vendor feed with regard to prices, indices and exchange rates ?To ensure the following validations are performed on the security prices: ?To ensure all securities are manually priced from a relevant data source or broker where the data vendor has failed to provide a price intra day. ?To monitor suspended securities and receive authorisation from fund managers for accurate pricing. ?To collate creation and liquidation prices direct from the fund management companies for all securities held within the Multi Manager funds. Key Technical Skills, Experience and Essential Qualifications ?A thorough knowledge of investment markets and investment instruments. ?Knowledge of DST/HiPortfolio an advantage. ?A minimum of 1 years experience in asset management.
