| Design Manager Central London up to 75k + package U65542 COMPANY - An internationally recognised building contractor with an excellent reputation in the UK. With a regional office in London capable of delivering projects over and above GBP100m in value. Projects undertaken in the past include high rise city centre residential and commercial office developments plus hotels, schools and hospitals. RESPONSIBILITIES - You will be the lead Design Manager based on site on a project in Central London. The project will be up to GBP120m in value and you will take responsibility for a team of design co-ordinators. Your prime and core duties will be to manage the design process and chair design team meetings. You will be liaising on a regular basis with the clients support team of architects, structural engineers and M & E consultants.
