Design Office Administrator


Ref: 0574 My Client is a small, friendly Interior Design and Architectural company based in Chiswick, specializing in Hotel and Leisure design and High End Residential projects. They are currently looking for an Office Administrator to keep the office running smoothly and to become involved in some aspects of design documentation. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and able to work on their own as well as part of a team. You should have very good organizational skills as you will be managing the administration of the company. Additional duties will include assisting with scheduling for design projects and managing purchasing for interior projects. Very good Word and excel skills are essential. Good communication skills are a bonus. Previous experience within an Interior Design or Architectural Studio will be considered highly advantageous.
