| Director- Sustainability- Building Services London 10579 Role: Our Client is a sustainability award-winning practice. They have an opportunity for an experienced manager to lead a growing sustainability team. An excellent knowledge of sustainability and energy legislation and policies, and good technical understanding of low carbon and sustainable building design will help in the role of spokesperson for sustainability. Responsibilities include client interaction, business development, project management and maintenance of the Company's ISO 14001 accreditation. Requirements: * Building Services Engineer (Engineering, Energy or Environmental Management) * Successful track record for delivering highly creative, complex project solutions * An ambitious individual, keen to embrace a career opportunity that will enable to take design and technical ability to a new level * Member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment, or Energy Institute, an advantage. * Familiarity with budget costing methods * Software skills including: IES, Hevacomp, Barbour Index, Specification Expert, Microsoft Office would be an advantage * A professional manner and outlook. * Experience of managing clients and their expectations Salary Range: GBP45,000-55,000 + benefits.
