| Our client, a large city based law firm has a vacancy for an experienced document production operator. This role is more than straight forward DP, it involves graphics and presentation as well and full training is provided, in order that you can develop your skill set. Your role will involve producing quality documentation on time, to fee earner expectations within Firm requirements; to ensure that all documents are produced within the DPC Guidelines and in accordance with Housestyle except, where appropriate, to meet a specific client requirement but always to the highest possible standards and accuracy; to keep fee earners aware about specific difficulties or timescales (should their job be at risk for whatever reason) by telephoning if appropriate; to attend departmental meetings and to take an active part in discussions and give feedback; to attend training as and when necessary on specified dates; to show initiative and responsibility when dealing personally with fee earners. Experience within a similar role is essential. Additional experience essential for the role is as follows: Excellent speech and personal presentation proven ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information Experience in dealing with a demanding workload and conflicting priorities A proactive attitude and aptitude to challenge existing work practices Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to exercise tact and diplomacy Ability to see delegated tasks through to completion Excellent organisation skills Ability to stay calm and composed in often demanding situations Able to work as an active team member High attention to detail Salary is up to GBP36K p.r with excellent benefits and working environment.
