You will have come from either a Site based, operational or commercial background and you will have experience and knowledge of the following; · PQQ's · Budgets and Estimates · General Building background · Understanding of the tender process · Excellent relationship builder · Commercially astute · Ability to liaise with Clients, Architects... For the best possible offer you will be able to demonstrate the following; A stable career, sound understanding of the building industry, local contacts, a proven track record in your chosen field.
