| Dear Sir / Madam, I would like to apply for the position of Footwear Buyer. I have a great deal of experience in the footwear industry (purchasing department) in Turkey and Far East Asia. I have been working in Ziylan Group, the biggest footwear supplier in Turkey (around 8 million pairs a year), for almost three years. I am in charge of managing the whole process from the creation of the collection twice a year to the delivery of goods to the warehouse. I frequently travel to China to visit our manufacturers and attend the major shoe fairs in Turkey and Europe. The brands under my responsibility are Spiderman 3, Actionman ATOM, Disney Princess, Disney Animal Friends, Sindy, and Winx Club (around 780,000 pairs a year with a turnover of around 15 million US dollars). By the end of November 2008 I will have the right to work in the UK on an FLR(M) visa. I look forward to hearing from you.
