| My West London based client is looking for a Senior QS and has been delivering exceptional construction service since 1987 specialising in retail, residential & office fit-out. Due to a growth within the company they are currently looking for Experienced Project Quantity Surveyors with experience in the above sectors. The role involves the following: 1. Maximise value & minimise cost – Monthly accounts submitted must be on time 2. Cost value statement assist accounts department in preparation, review, audit 3. Assist in relationship with PQS 4. Progress measurement 5. Subcontract payment 6. Prepare Subcontract valuations 7. Ensure proper site records are kept, ensure information available for EOT-L&E; 8. Manage other surveying staff 9. Prepare subcontract & main contract final accounts 10. Analyse basic labour costs for subcontractors - analyse basic subcontract rates for all tenders This is an immediate requirement, so please send in an updated cv when replying.
