| Salary: circa £38K - £42K, Company Car, fuel card, 20 days holiday + Bank holidays, mobile telephone. Updated training after qualifying period.Qualifications: CCN1, CEN1, WAT1, CKR1, HTR1,WAU1.An experienced Gas Contract Engineer required to lead a small Service department, working on a Service, Maintenance and breakdown contract. The Client is Social Housing Landlord, with properties spread across South West, and South London. You will be completely computer literate with the ability to use spreadsheets and be expected to be learn the Erinaceous Company computer system.The position is based at one of our Offices, however you will be expected to attend the Head Office on occasion which may result in an overnight stay.Duties:To ensure that all Health and Safety Regulations and the Gas Safety Installation and Use Regulations are followed in line current legislation.To ensure the smooth running of all aspects of a busy gas office, dealing with Client queries and escalated calls from tenants. Respond to complaints and resolve issues as and when they arise. To include the recruitment of staff both technical and administrative, in line with the needs of the contract. A small team is currently in place. To monitor current KPI legislation, with regards to performance of the contract, to ensure all resources are used to the best of their individual ability. To set standards of performance and monitor the successes achieved.You will be expected to carry out other related duties, such as toolbox talks, the issue of technical bulletins.To ensure that Engineers levels of van stock, is kept to the minimum requirement for operating within a busy contract.
