Initially, your role will be that of a researcher, which will include name gathering, generating leads, searching databases and headhunting. Proven researchers should become consultants within twelve months, at which point they will be responsible for recruiting senior consultants, working up towards lead partners, the latter will be on basic salaries up to £1m. The nature of the commission structure our client provides will allow you to earn exactly what you deserve. Consequently, you should achieve a six-figure salary by your third year. Our client is looking for exceptional graduates with a genuine desire to deliver the highest standards of excellence within very senior level executive search. The suitable candidate will have a 2:1 degree or above and will be a naturally ambitious and determined individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
