| Head of Player Development The role is to lead a team of professional executives and managers that service our top 10% of customers whom we define as VIP's. These players are segmented into tiers each of which receive appropriate levels of reward and care. These customers are high value and highly mobile so need constant attention and a well planned, executed and customised approach to communication, promotions and service. The candidate will be: fully responsible for identifying and retaining our high level customers through planning, development & implementation of CRM strategy using email, outbound calling and direct campaign / promotions throughout all our brands in multiple languages required to maintain a complete communication strategy for these clients (from start to end) including outbound contact initiatives manage and develop teams in two offices to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to handling VIP Clients. responsible for reporting the success of these campaigns to management as well as the other Heads of Department. responsible for a $800,000 marketing budget plus over $2m in promotion spend and be required to manage the organisation and hosting of high roller events. fully P&L; responsible for the Platinum Club which last year grossed over $28 Million. Key Objectives of Role To manage team members in UK and Cyprus to successfully implement the high roller strategy To create strategic direction for the Platinum and Gold Tier customer base To manage all campaign integrated communications with our VIP Clients To maintain the VIP client base and revenue from that base To increase revenue from existing and potential VIP's via campaign management initiates. Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that internal procedures are optimal for VIP Clients To improve services for our high rollers including e-cash and fraud. Develop and maintain key relationships with valuable customers Requirements- The candidate should have a relevant university degree with at least 4 years experience in marketing, preferably direct marketing. Also preferably have at least one years experience in Online Gaming or Online Betting focussing on multiple country markets, including management and budgetary experience. A good knowledge of CRM tools and email management systems is essential. The ability to communicate and socialize with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds is essential. The successful candidate will feel comfortable hosting large groups of customers and project an image in so doing that is consisntent with the brand.
