High Profile Residential Property Paralegal £28 000 |
| Small friendly but highly successful firm based in lovely new offices near Chancery Lane are looking for a paralegal to join their residential property department. This position has arisen due to the expansion of the team having just secured a new high profile deal to commence in January. The role will primarily consist of plot sales but this is not the average residential property department with excellent corporate clients involved in the sale of exclusive and luxury London property. The paralegal will be directly assisting one of the two partners in the team and working alongside the existing paralegal. Candidates should have a comprehensive property background (1 year minimum) preferably with plot sales experience although this could be regional. This is a fast paced environment candidates ready and willing to work hard and hit the ground will thrive is this opportunity. These jobs don't come along often! Ideal candidates will either be career paralegals of have a training contract to commence in 2009. Salary dependent on experience but in region of £28 000. Ref 71230.
