International Administrator


Overall Purpose:
Reporting to the International Sales Manager, responsible for a range of duties including administration, customer service and office support, for French and foreign schools and Groups visiting our UK centres.
Profile
* A native French speaker able to converse fluently in both French & English.
* Have excellent organisation skills, including diary management.
* Possess numeracy & accuracy skills with attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise a heavy workload
* Presentable with a good telephone manner
* Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
* Ability to deal with clients utilising diplomacy, courtesy and tact
* Be extremely flexible and willing to take on a variety of duties
* Be self-motivated, reliable and discreet
* Able to work both independently and as part of a team using initiative
* Have the ability to tackle new tasks with enthusiasm
Main Role
* Maintain accurate booking records
* Raise and issue invoices, contracts and associated documentation
* Chase schools for payments
* Reconcile accounts
* Ensure best practice revenue management
* Support French team to process bookings promptly
* Liaise with school personnel and Kingswood Sales and Centre staff
* Effectively prioritising workload, participating as a key member of a busy team assisting colleagues as appropriate
* Precise and organised filing
* Internet research
* Proactively undertake such other tasks or duties that may from time to time prove necessary
* Translation of documents when necessary
Specific Goals
* Assist all sales staff to effect best possible Sales and Customer services
* Reconcile school accounts & ensure that all visits are fully paid before arrival
