Maintenance Engineer Technician |
| A Leading maintenance contractor of ours is looking for an all round maintenance engineer on Contract basis for at least 8 months.Job Spec:The role is a Client facing high profile engineering support position that will assist in the maintenance of a wide range of building services equipment including AHU’s, Pumps, Pressurisation Units across three satellite sites, based in Central London but you may need to visit other buildings within a close vicinity.This will entail:· Respond to reactive help desk requests.· Carry out planned preventive maintenance.· Ensure that paperwork relating to both planned and reactive maintenance is correctly completed.· Respond to emergency breakdowns and carry out repairs wherever possible.· Carry out daily tours and repair or report any defects found.· Ensure that all logs and paperwork is filled in correctly and kept up to date.· Attainment of customer satisfaction.· Client liaison.· Carry our Statutory tests and record as required· Support of other teams on site to run the building· On call rota for out of hoursQualifications:· A semi-skilled person experienced in carrying out tasks associated with building services maintenance.· A minimum of two years experience in working as part of a maintenance team.· Good interpersonal and customer relationship skills.· Well presented.· Valid full driving licence for on call duties· Qualification in either Electrical or Mechanical discipline an advantage· Participation in Call out rota of one in four weeks necessary with access to Company van.If you are interestedin this position please contact David Rousell on 0207 259 8721 or email david.rousell@hays.com Contact Info: David Rousell 0207 259 8721 |
