| M&E; Quantity Surveyor London 10575 Our client is a unique nationwide Construction and Property Consultancy that offers a versatile and comprehensive portfolio of services to both Clients and Contractors alike. The practice has developed and grown from strength to strength in line with their clients' needs and prides itself on its ability to offer a tailored service in a cost effective fashion. They are currently looking for Senior M&E; Quantity Surveyor. Role: The individual must be able to comprehensively measure and value complex engineering services installations along with management of sub-contractors accounts and financial reporting. Qualifications: * HND/Degree or demonstrable technical background. * A willingness to work completely on your own or as part of a team * A professional manner and outlook. * Thorough knowledge of survey methods and sound knowledge of construction Survey and report writing for the full range of typical core Building Surveying services * A proven track record of working with teams of diverse expertise, and an understanding of new technologies and use of tools such as MS Project, MS Excel and AutoCAD * Experience of managing clients and their expectations Skills: * Experience within retail, residential and commercial sector * Computer literate. * Good written and oral communication. * Client facing.
