Marketing Coordinator - £30 000 |
| Leading International law firm with stunning offices in the city require a Marketing Co-ordinator to work in their Professional Liability & Commercial Litigation Department. You will be responsible for the planning and organisation of all internal and external events within the firm so you must be highly organised with first class communication skills. Your duties will include attending meetings with partners at the planning stage preparation of letters/ invitations for events sending mail shots assisting with the distribution of marketing material and collating after the event feedback. You will also work closely with the Central Marketing Department to ensure CRM database is kept up to date and target lists researched fully and to identify potential stories for the online newsletters. You must have excellent time management skills be IT proficient (Word Excel Power Point and Lotus Notes) and have solid marketing experience preferably within professional services.
