Office manager administrator secretary pa


Office manager / administrator / secretary / personal assistant required for a specialist business and IT consultancy in central London, which is small, dynamic, successful and expanding. Duties will include: managing the office and facilities, answering the telephone, maintaining our contact database, organizing training and workshop events, booking travel arrangements, chasing and reconciling expenses, managing diaries, sending out mail shots, managing the post and filing, arranging and recording meetings, reviewing and organizing documents, producing management reports, and generally assisting the consultants and directors. This is a demanding and varied role, and involvement with financial, HR, marketing and resourcing activities would be useful. We require someone bright, energetic, personable, enthusiastic and confident, with superb communication and organizing skills. Candidates must also be reliable, trustworthy, and able and willing to undertake tasks that may relate to UK Government secure working. Capability and learning ability is more important than extensive experience. Permanent applicants who want to contribute to a dynamic, lively and ambitious company will enjoy benefits and a market-rate salary of around GBP21,000 to GBP26,000, depending on skills and experience.
