Printing Account Manager Required |
| Account Manager Starting Salary: GBP22k-GBP25k P.A. + bonuses Company Outline We are currently looking to recruit a Print Buyer/Account Manager with experience of a full range of print & related products. As a print buyer you are responsible for customer service and product delivery through constant liaison with clients, and suppliers on matters relating to print and campaign management services. The primary focus of the role is to deliver exceptional customer service. Requests for quotations will be processed in a responsive manner and clients will be updated regularly on the progress of their work. The print buyer will select the most appropriate suppliers, negotiate costing and time-scales for each job and ensure that internal procedures are followed at all times. Responsibilties To take ownership of the clients print projects Procure print, ensure delivery on time to specification, to quality and to contractual targets Provide technical input and advise on print projects as required Produce detailed specifications for suppliers Maintain detailed job history information Ensure most competitive costs are achieved on each project Builds relationships with clients and manage their perceptions and expectations Resolves customer complaints Person Specification: To be considered as a Print Buyer we are looking for: Experience in a print procurement/print management environment Excellent client management skills gained from client facing experience Strong project management skills Well organised with the ability to multi-task Good attention to detail To be considered for this role please send your C.V. to neil@print-ahps.com along with a covering letter stating why you would be a suitable candidate.
