The construction systems employed include traditional house building, timber frame, reinforced concrete frame and steel frame. As the principal contractor and developer, my client dictates the design, specification, method and pace of build. Therefore, this organisation pays equal attention to specifying and sourcing quality quality fixtures, fittings and finishes. As a structured organisation with stringent selection and quality control procedures and a high level of communication, my client always ensures distinctive quality delivered on time and within the prescribed budget. My client is committed to the regeneration of urban environments by creating high quality build using advanced construction methods and materials. They are currently looking to recruit a contracts manager with experience in running multiple sites at a time to come in and deliver each project for which he is responsible on time and on budget. The contracts manager will be responsible for overseeing up to 5 projects. Candidate profile: -Career stability.
