| TRI Consulting Ltd is a recruitment company that specialises in the recruitment of Call Centre/Customer Service staff as well as office administration. The Recruitment Administrator will be involved in the following- Advertising vacancies online Utilising online search engines to source candidates Telephone interviewing candidates as well as face to face interviews to ascertain suitability for particular roles. Updating internal database and making sure that data integrity is up to speed Actively involved in the placing of candidates and making sure all appropriate documentation is sent out Referencing Ad hoc tasks Essential requirements Must be degree educated Ideally want someone with a background in administration or office based customer service but importantly you need to be organised Someone who lives locally to Hammersmith would be ideal but not essential Good Word & Excel skills Excellent communicator & team player The role is initially a temporary position for 3-6 months but the role hopefully will eventually become permanent The working hours will be from 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday Recruitment Administrator GBP9ph plus incentive bonus Contact Info: simons@triconsulting.net |
