Studio manager


Studio manager / operations administrator required to work for an online photography / printing company. Based in East London.
Duties will include –
* General office administration - including answering email and phone queries, resolving problems, updating and processing orders.
* Managing the large format printing system.
* Working on Web and graphics based IT projects, as well as some online research.
Requirements will be –
* Excellent communication and customer service skills (good spoken and written English is a must).
* IT literate (Mac and Windows proficient). Good working knowledge of e–commerce systems (online ordering), Photoshop and Excel.
* A technical background, with knowledge of web design programs (illustrator/dreamweaver) and photography printing systems, would be an advantage.
* Attention to detail, good organisational skills, and flexibility essential.

We are growing fast and need someone intelligent, efficient, motivated, with a positive attitude who can work on their own initiative, and under pressure. The role will be offered on a part–time basis, with potential to become full time with increased responsibilities and pay, share options, and a greater involvement within the company.
Hours - 3 days a week for the first 3 to 4 months
Pay – 17,000 - 19,000 (pro rata)
