| 1st Line Client Support engineer one a busy Helpdesk, responding to all client problems and queries in a timely manner. The team facilitates a multitude of customer related support tasks, from maintaining institution and user parameters, assisting clients with usage problems in subscribed products, to assisting with product training. This is a client-facing role and, as such, the candidate should demonstrate a primary focus on client service along with critical thinking, professional logic and attention to detail. Ability to perform under pressure in a fast paced e-Finance service environment is critical to success in this position. Required Skills: A basic knowledge and understanding of current Internet technologies. Experience of working on industry standard Operating Systems i.e. Microsoft Windows NT/2000/XP.
