| Bromley Hot Tubs and Pools is delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity for the right-minded individual to join a young, dynamic and rapidly growing organisation.THE ROLE: The successful individual’s role will initially involve working closely with, and offering support to our retail installations manager. They will need to be of an appropriate mindset and possess generic ‘hands on’ skills to immediately take on responsibility, ensuring the following on a day-to-day basis.DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: Acting site manager / foreman:•Precise quality control throughout all phases of installation / construction.•Effective and appropriate communication with line manager and client.•Managing and motivating staff in absence of line manager.•Driving projects toward pre determined standards & deadlines.•Leading by doing, (willingness to embrace all aspects of construction and work within a team environment).•Co-ordinate with line manager to ensure organised delivery of materials, parts etc.REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES:•Experience within the swimming pool and spa industry is by no means essential but would obviously be beneficial.•Experience using hand and power tools is essential, and any trade skills such as carpentry, landscaping, concreting, brick laying etc. are favourable.•Attitude is paramount. Someone who can drive forward projects whilst motivating others and demonstrating leadership qualities is essential in the progression of individuals within the company and a key component of the development of the company itself.SALARY:Competitive salary dependent on experience & candidate.
