| Temporary Receptionist Administrator GBP8.75 Per hour Our Client is a City based Oil and Gas company seeking a temporary Receptionist/Administrator. You will be part of a team of 13 in a warm and friendly office. You will need to be reliable, flexible and have the ability to think on your feet, this is a varied role where duties will change from day to day. You will need a good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Access. Main Responsibilities: * Organising international travel, hotels and transport * Overseeing diary management (Outlook) * Answering phones * Meeting and greeting guests * Ordering stationary * Keeping holiday records * Facilities-Resolving problems with phones, printers etc * Logging post onto Access * Other ad hoc duties This contract is for 2-3 weeks, starting on 22nd of February.
