Travel Administrator


Salary - GBP14,000 per annum
Hours of work – Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm
To provide an efficient back office system, and forward relevant documentation to members adhering to timescales and strict deadlines
* Answer member queries, forward relevant documents and tickets. Amend bookings as necessary
* Chase, check and send out tour operator confirmations.
* Opening and distributing the departments post. Undertake any other duties as may be required consistent with the post.
* Checking and sending out passenger's documents.
* Issuing ticket on departure letters.
* Cancel bookings on receipt of written confirmation.
* Stationary and annual stock management and ordering.
* In staff absence, completing daily banking.
