Voids maintenance supervisor |
| Our client have been around for more than 40 years and are specialist in the repair and maintenance industry. With in depth experience in the social housing sector, our client provide both reactive maintenance along with "decent homes" programmes around the brent and westminster area The client, are looking to recruit an experienced Voids maintenance supervisors to cover their Brent/ Westminster contract. You will be managing teams of trade & labour covering various disciplines, you will be responsible for overseeing construction works in occupied property, liaising with clients and ensuring projects are running to speed & budget. Along with a basic salary ranging from GBP30k-GBP35, a Peugeot 207 van is supplied along with 21 days holiday and a company pension. You will have a proven track record in the social housing division along with up to date references. This is a permanent position. Duties: Supervising direct labour of around 5-10 operatives and organising workload in a time critical environment. Monitoring and controlling the budgets for all aspects of void works and providing weekly feedback Attend Client Meetings as required Undertake post inspections to ensure a quality and cost effective repair has been carried out. Be responsible for dealing with customer queries/complaints and undertaking the necessary corrective action, in liaison with the Repairs and Maintenance Services Manager as necessary, using the Council's Complaints Procedure.
