U-Touch Ltd is a fast growing touch screen solutions provider/manufacturer with a portfolio of various technologies ranging from 8 to 120 inches diagonal. Applications are limitless, from teaching collaboration to public information kiosks in a host of demanding environments.
Technical and Support Technician
Job involves the following;
Working at the workshop and customers' sites.
Workshop duties include; system assembly, PC & video projector configuration
Light engineering tasks.
Site work includes; system installation, handover, system service, fault diagnosis & component exchange.
Also packing and unpacking goods for transit and shipping.
Be the first point of contact for all technical queries.
Preferable experience would be in the audiovisual industry but training will be given on U Touch products.
Experience and or qualification in AV, electrical or electronic engineering would be ideal.
Must be computer literate and familiar with Windows and Mac systems.
Must be a motivated and responsible individual who can work alone and in a team.
Must have English as their mother tongue.
Must be fit as manual handling required.
The successful candidate would be based at our offices in Fulham, London.
