Technical engineer audit supervisor
The Role:
Have you been a Technical Supervisor? Do you think you can be a Technical Supervisor? Then stop looking this is a fantastic opportunity to work on some interesting work based around the North-North West area. You would be providing technical and auditing expertise, in liaising with the local operations teams. To ensure technical and auditing compliance within the contract, supporting ongoing development and training. Including continuous improvement of the operational work force and service delivery.
The ideal candidate will reside around Preston or above. Candidates should have worked in a similar position, with a supervisory, technical or auditing background. Candidates should be team players who are not afraid of a hard work. A self motivated individual who is hands on, technically competent and electrically qualified, to assist with the management of a site based team of seven carrying out repairs, planned & reactive maintenance and minor works within the establishment. He/She will also deputise in the manager's
absence to ensure that our contractual obligations are met.
Skills:
· Electrically trained and qualified
· Good knowledge and experience of a wide variety of plant and equipment
including 415 volt switchgear and stand by generators
· Conversant with PC's, building standards and Health and Safety
· Ability to work hands on both supervised and unsupervised
· Good customer facing skills
· Supervisory experience with good man manager and interpersonal skills
