Technical manager
This is a great opportunity for a good Technical Manager to work for one of the UK's leading contractors who have been operating for forty years. They currently employ around 3,000 staff and serve more than 18,500 client sites spanning the commercial industry, retail, healthcare and public sectors.
Your role will be to provide the company and their client with professional, comprehensive engineering support and to be fully aware of the statutory and contractual requirements of the contract
Key Accountabilities will be:
· Actively control the PPM and reactive maintenance and monitoring of the portfolio
· Implement all electrical and Mechanical activities
· manage 3rd party contractors
· Ensure that Emergency Lighting, FCUs, and outside contractor reporting books are utilised and kept up to date
· Develop detailed knowledge and understanding of contractual requirements
· Manage and inspire all team members through own leadership
Qualifications desired:
· Knowledge of Health and Safety
· C&G;/BTECH Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Engineering Parts 1, 2, 3
· NVQ Multi-skilled engineering level 3
· 17th Edition
All qualifications are desired by the employer but good, valuable experience is also acceptable
