A Managerial couple is required for this stunning and respectable Restaurant/Wine and Tapas Bar in Banstead, Surrey

We are looking for a respectable, trustworthy, experienced and loyal couple to take on the full day to day running of this establishment. You will be given full responsibilities and must have 2 full references with no discrepancies. Experience is required in the following:
- Understanding of stock levels, service standards and team management
- HR Experience
- Marketing and Promotions for generating business
- Accounts Management
- Excellent Customer Service
- A la carte chef experience (one of the couple to produce the finest a la carte dishes)
- Drive and ambition
- Developing and motivating a large team of staff
- Can handle stress effectively and not let it interfere with your work
- Front of house
- Lively yet mature personality
You should have previous Management experience within the restaurant/bar industry. In return you will receive a good package that reflects your experience and an outstanding bonus based on takings.
