Building services engineer with building services refurbishment experience required for long term contract on rail schemes in London.
Focusing on the refurbishment of railway stations in London. You will responsible for project management of building services refurbishment schemes.
The role will involve supervision of staff and some design work.
Applicants must have experience building services design, with sound knowledge of both mechanical and electrical requirements.
Ideally applicants will have previous experience of working on station refurbishment schemes in the London area.
Chartered status is not required, however it would be seen as advantageous.
