* Excellent knowledge of regulations and legislation associated with the letting industry.
* Previous experience in a solicitors or a letting agency desirable.
* Be highly motivated, articulate, a strong team player with good time management, administrative, communication and organisational skills.
* It is important that you are a confident, enthusiastic, flexible and committed person with good attention to detail and an excellent telephone manner.
* A passion for delivering outstanding customer services.
