Project manager
A Senior Project Manager is required for a leading property and construction consultancy to work mainly in the education and health sectors and help build these parts of the business in the North West. The company has a long and successful history working on major construction projects in the Oil and Gas, Petrochemical and Pharmaceutical industry and is also a major player in the PFI market. With a Global presence in over 45 countries, they are an excellent company to progress a career with and have a fantastic new office in Greater Manchester to work from.
Ideally, you will have a Quantity Surveying background, although this is not essential for this Project Manager position. You will be working mainly on education, health and retail projects with values from GBP8-15million upwards. You will be client facing and able to manage projects from inception through to completion.
Due to the plans to grow the company, feel free to forward your CV if you have experience in any of the following sectors: Oil ∧ Gas/Petrochemical, transport, commercial, housing, retail or leisure. PFI experience is also of interest. You can be considered on a more individual or ad-hoc basis.
A desire to progress your career must be a pre-requisite. There are ambitious plans to continually expand the office structure with in the UK and this will present plenty of opportunity to move upwards within the company as both this office grows and new sectors developed.
