Office Administrator and Sales Support Role
We have an exciting opportunity to become part of a small yet widely respected Energy Brokerage and Utilities Management company based in Wimbledon Park, SW London. Our customers are the biggest Energy Suppliers in the United Kingdom such as EDF Energy, E.On, Powergen, British Gas. We work with a wide range of businesses and organisations throughout London and the United Kingdom.
The role involves a range of tasks in office administration and working with the Managing Director. It will include managing paperwork, implementing systems and general administrative tasks. You will work with the Managing Director and work with him on a day-to-day basis to provide ongoing help and support. Hard work and a positive attitude is extremely important, as well as, good maths, grammar and accuracy.
This role may also include, supporting the sales team in order to manage existing clients and to secure new clients. You may also carry out auditing and communicate with Energy Suppliers.
Good social skills is important as the role will also involve communicating with the Managing Director, Sales Persons and Energy Brokers. Training is available on the job although some experience will help.
