PA/Office Manager
Company Background:
Lepus is a well established Management Consultancy providing Research and Strategy Consulting to major Investment Banks globally. Established for 9 years, due to expansion, we are looking to hire and train a PA / Office Manager with three years experience in a similar role.
Person specification:
Duties will include management of the reception area, suppliers, HR, IT/Telephone systems and Contract Management. You will also provide PA support to the CEO involving extensive diary management, client liaison, and travel arrangements. This position also involves management of the administration assistant and helping to organise client events.
You will need to have proven attention to detail, be a self-starter and have a flexible, "can-do" attitude. Intermediate Word, Excel and PowerPoint, typing speed 50wpm plus and educated to A-level equivalent or higher are a MINIMUM requirement. You will also need an excellent telephone manner and be able to quickly build rapport both internally as well as with clients.
You must have bookkeeping experience (Sage preferred) to be considered for this challenging but rewarding role.
