Year 1 = 30K OTE
Year 2 = 35 - 40K OTE
Paid monthly and commission is uncapped.
We are a growing company based in West Hampstead that specialise in online property lettings in Central and Greater London.
We currently have 100's of properties on our portfolio, so there are big possibilities for a commission minded individual.
The job itself is phone based so doesnt require standing out in the cold, with the wrong keys for applicant that doesnt show up.
Applicants will call us so this isn't a 'cold call' telesales job, but you will need to chase up on previous and future 'warm' enquiries as well as dealing with new inbound enquiries. 50% of job itself involves appointment making over the phone for clients. The other 50% involves
chasing viewings and trying to close deals.
Somebody with a good personality and the ability to influence over the phone would suit the job. On a rare occasion, the job may also involve visiting a landlord when we have a new property to market.
At the start of the job, you will be given a number of current applicants on the system to chase to help bump up your commission for the near future.
The company has been established for nearly four years and is now expanding, so this is a great chance to be at the heart of a growing and solid team.
Candidates need to have a basic computer knowledge and will be required to operate Microsoft Outlook as well as our online database.
Other important attributes that we are looking for:-

* Well spoken and articulate.
* An excellent understanding of the English language.
* Good temperament.
* Ability to take and follow instructions .
* Hunger for commission/deals and bags of enthusiasm in general.
* Ability to engage people on phone and build relationships.
* Ability to provide at least one good reference from a previous job.
Sales experiance is not neccesary for this job. The management is very friendly, helpful and will always ensure that you always have the right tools and knowledge for the job.The job would not be suitable for those that think they know everything about sales and have a problem in being asked to perform certain tasks.
Main responsibilities will include
* Speaking to clients on the phone, advising on their situation and matching them with properties.
* Making appointments for people to see properties over the phone.
* Chasing viewings and gaining sales.
* Keeping a good record of clients on our database.
* Updating our database with property details.
* Liaising with our landlords and keeping good relationships with them.
