Fancy Spain?
I'm quitting the UK to open my own Cafe Bar in Spain, almost certainly in Finguerola but that is yet to be confirmed. This will NOT be the typical yobbish, full English, Eastenders style bar that is soooo common in Spain. No, this will be a European style Cafe Bar catering as much for Spanish locals as for other nationalities, it will NOT be on the main tourist strip, probably a couple of streets back in fact. It will be classy though not posh, offer affordable excellence for a few cents more than normal, the staff will earn very well on a percentage of revenue and the plan is that Fuengirola will just be the start. If you have bar / cooking / hospitality business experience and you are interested in this start-up then let me know, I plan to buy the bar in August or September 2007. You need to be energetic, fit, up for a challenge, capable of doing the hours and retaining the smiley face and ideally you can speak Spanish or you're prepared to learn.
Compensation: Revenue based, won't be poorly paid, min 15,000
